Together is a record of a budding relationship through daily activities within a new apartment where the couple lives. The artwork is a reminder of the simplicity of love despite its many conflicts, for one to further appreciate the love that one already has.
This exhibition re-imagined community-sourced love stories by contemporary artists, to see how beautifully complex love is compared to the simplicity of HIV prevention. TOGETHER was among 10 featured contemporary Vietnamese artists and collectives, interpreting heartbreak and the subtext of HIV prevention and stigma.
Museum of Heart Break Exhibition is a part of the public health campaign to raise awareness about HIV prevention and treatment in Vietnam by VAAC/Ministry of Health, PEPFAR, US CDC, HAIVN, and community organizations.
